Stella has almost 20 years experience in recruitment within Melbourne, with the majority dedicated to the Property Development industry where she has forged a strong network and client base of Developers, Agencies & Builders. She has recruited extensively at all levels and across all asset classes, with a focus on Sales, Business Development, Marketing & Communications assignments.

Stella holds an honours degree in Commerce (Marketing & Management). She is an advocate for diversity and inclusion and a current UDIA VIC Diversity & Engagement committee member.

Theo joins Captone as an Associate Director with a proven track record of partnering with local, national and global Real Estate Investment/Fund Managers, Private Equity and Capital Markets, specialising in asset/investment management, transactions, property management and analytics. Prior to recruitment Theo was Centre Manager for a privately owned investment & development group.

Olivia graduated as a Mechanical Engineer over two decades ago. Since 2005 she has specialised in specialist Engineering related recruitment. She has a track record delivering engineering recruitment solutions to the sectors of Energy, Resources, Mining, Social infrastructure, and transport. She has resided in Adelaide, Brisbane, Toowoomba and Edinburgh, giving her an appreciation of differing market dynamics.
