OUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY

Capstone has been an active promoter of diversity and inclusion within workplaces since our formation in 2010 and we remain deeply committed to building diverse and inclusive cultures not only for ourselves, but the clients we work with.



To demonstrate our support to create a better, more effective property industry, Nick Page, Managing Director is a key member of the Property Council of Australia’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. Capstone has been part of the development and growth of key programs such as 500 'Women in Property', and most recently, 'Girls in Property' – a program aimed at educating high school aged young ladies on the career paths available to them in our industry.

Through diversity of thought, people, gender, ethnicity and orientation, we have built a better and more successful business. Our internal approach has seen Capstone develop industry leading initiatives. As an example, our Employee Assistance Program gives our team (and their immediate family) access to mental heath professionals, as well as additional paid ‘Health & Wellbeing’ days. We have also created an internal Diversity Committee, to encourage and give voice to different ideas and initiatives for the benefit of our staff and cohesion of our team.

Highly respected across the Local Government sector, Tamar has a proven track record of providing exceptional recruitment and talent services within the Local and Federal Government sectors. Tamar leads our Interim and contract services, assisting councils with temporary people solutions. Her expertise covers operational as well as executive/management roles within a variety of disciplines. Tamar brings with her a Bachelor of Communications (journalism).
