OUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY

Capstone has been an active promoter of diversity and inclusion within workplaces since our formation in 2010 and we remain deeply committed to building diverse and inclusive cultures not only for ourselves, but the clients we work with.

To demonstrate our support to create a better, more effective property industry, Nick Page, Managing Director is a key member of the Property Council of Australia’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. Capstone has been part of the development and growth of key programs such as 500 'Women in Property', and most recently, 'Girls in Property' – a program aimed at educating high school aged young ladies on the career paths available to them in our industry.

"Capstone encourages applications from all parts of society including those who are LGBTIA+, First Nations, with disability or impairment, of varied ages and ethnic backgrounds.

More diverse businesses produce better outcomes and ultimately a more positive, productive workforce."

Nicholas Page – Capstone Managing Director, Australia

A BETTER & MORE SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS

Through diversity of thought, people, gender, ethnicity and orientation, we have built a better and more successful business. Our internal approach has seen Capstone develop industry leading initiatives. As an example, our Employee Assistance Program gives our team (and their immediate family) access to mental heath professionals, as well as additional paid ‘Health & Wellbeing’ days. We have also created an internal Diversity Committee, to encourage and give voice to different ideas and initiatives for the benefit of our staff and cohesion of our team.

A CHAMPION OF DIVERSITY & INCLUSION IN THE RECRUITMENT INDUSTRY

As a champion of diversity and inclusion in the recruitment industry, we strive to make a measurable difference for both ourselves and for the clients with whom we partner. We provide unique sourcing strategies, and continuously consult with our clients to identify innovative ways to attract and retain a diverse workforce and to build an inclusive team environment. We understand the diversity and inclusion challenges that our clients face and actively contribute to developing solutions to these challenges, enabling organisations to improve productivity, creativity, innovation as well as commercial returns.
