International Women’s day, a day to celebrate the huge social, economic, cultural and political contribution of women to society.

Monday morning, our Board member Maria Sykes, talked us through the changing landscape of women in executive leadership roles in Australia.

Australia is currently 10% behind in terms of female participation in the workforce compared to other OECD Nations. Companies with impeccable diversity and inclusion perform three times better than less diverse companies and report financial returns up to 35% higher than national industry medians.

Creating diverse teams is at the heart of what Capstone do and we are proud drivers of gender equality in the workplace and will continue to drive positive change with all that we interact with.
