Reporting to the Head of Facilities Management & Engineering, you will take ownership of the NSW and ACT asset portfolios from a traditional Facilities Management perspective.
This will include:
- Operations & Engineering (Soft & Hard Services)
- CAPEX
- Procurement
- Sustainability & NABERS
- OH&S/WHS
To be considered for this amazing growth opportunity, you will have strong demonstrated experience in a Leadership/Manager role - (Senior FM up), - responsible for Base Building assets within either an Asset Owner or a Facilities Management service provider, managing non-residential assets on the owners behalf.
