They are a global asset manager and operator with strong expertise in sustainability-related solutions spanning infrastructure, real estate, and connectivity, providing critical infrastructure and services for renewables, clean energy, decarbonisation, sustainable urban renewal, and digital connectivity.
The Role
You will be responsible for leading engineering and project management workstreams, working in tandem with Australia's Investment and Asset Management teams to evaluate, conceptualise, design, plan, procure, and manage a range of asset enhancement projects.
Along side project delivery, another key focus of this role will be front-end development management, ensuring projects are strategically planned from the outset, feasibility is thoroughly assessed, and risks are mitigated early in the process. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, and regulatory bodies to shape the project vision, secure approvals, and drive commercially viable and sustainable development outcomes.
You will guide collaboration with internal and external partners to propose, review, and execute designs, costs, schedules, and quality standards to meet regulatory, safety, environmental, and financial requirements.
About You
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in real estate project development and management, focusing on asset enhancement for commercial buildings, industrial parks, or mixed-use developments.
- Strong expertise in front-end development management, including feasibility analysis, due diligence, master planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven track record of leading projects from concept through to delivery, with a deep understanding of approvals, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Broad knowledge of industry partners, practices, construction methods, and current technology in all phases of design and development.
- Strong expertise in green building, M&E, materials, and cost & contract management.
- Financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, with a focus on profitability.
- Proven experience in asset re-engineering projects in Australia.
