An established and well capitalised private developer with a solid track record. They have a significant pipeline of development projects and due to growth are seeking Development Manager or Senior Development Manager to join their team.
The Role:
This is a true end to end development role which will see you managing 2-4 projects at any one time from acquisition through delivery. Projects size can range from 200 lots to large multistage masterplan communities. As DM/SDM you will ensure projects run on time, to budget whilst maximising revenue opportunities.
Skills and Experience Required:
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable experience working across development projects within MPC or land subdivisions. End to end development experience is ideal however those with either front end or delivery experience are also encouraged to apply.
