Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for maintaining and reviewing arrears reporting, fostering strong tenant relationships, assisting with expense accruals, and supporting the review and approval of operational expenditure invoices. Additionally, you will assist with financial reporting, tenancy schedule audits, insurance and bank guarantee audits, lease administration, and handling tenant queries. You will also help maintain high property standards and contribute to tenant renewals, market reviews, and budget preparation.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A motivated professional with a tertiary qualification in property, finance, business, or a related field.
- At least one year of property management experience, preferably within the retail sector.
- Strong skills in Excel and Word; experience with MRI software is a plus.
- A current driver’s licence and own vehicle.
