Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of quality management processes and property development procedures.
- Manage and mentor teams within Design, Construction, and Commissioning Quality, fostering collaboration to achieve exceptional project outcomes.
- Innovate and integrate industry best practices into the organisation’s development processes, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and relevant codes.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in property development, with expertise in multi-storey buildings and complex projects.
- Strong leadership skills, project management experience, and a passion for developing quality-driven outcomes.
- A background in aged care, residential, or similar property sectors is ideal, with a deep understanding of construction principles and quality assurance practices.
