You'll be joining a small team with established industry experts at the helm. Covering Property and development across a variety of sectors - Retail, Commercial, Residential, Mixed-use, hotels - they have an outstanding flexible company culture and have positioned themselves well to grow.
The Role
Your focus will be on projects, predominantly within the private sector. You'll take projects from an early stage and see them through to handover, taking ownership of the project but with the support of senior staff available where you need it. Initially, you'll step onto projects heading into construction delivery, but will have the opportunity to learn front-end development as you grow with the business.
You
The successful candidate for this role will have:
- Experience delivering construction projects - working for a consultancy, client-side or head contractor.
- You enjoy a smaller, more personable environment where you are a key member of a high performing team and efforts are recognised.
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Architecture or other relevant field.
- You have the drive to play a part in the growth of an expanding office.
