A rare opportunity now exists for a confident and capable Executive Assistant to support one of the Firm’s Partners in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a critical position requiring attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive mindset. You’ll play a key role in keeping day-to-day activities running smoothly while representing the firm to key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive diary and schedule management, ensuring seamless coordination across time zones.
- Arrange meetings, conference calls, and prepare necessary documentation ahead of time.
- Screen incoming communications, prioritise requests, and manage call flow with professionalism.
- Plan and oversee complex international travel itineraries, often across multiple jurisdictions.
- Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Assist with event logistics and planning, including internal functions and client-facing engagements.
- Share responsibility for reception coverage and conference room set-up in coordination with fellow EAs.
- Manage catering logistics and ensure office and pantry supplies are well maintained.
- Collaborate closely with the firm’s wider EA network, both locally and globally.
- Support the broader team with ad hoc tasks and contribute to a positive and solutions-focused team culture.
You bring strong experience from a financial services or investment banking background and are comfortable operating in a high-pressure environment with professionalism and polish. You’re a natural communicator who is highly organised, solutions-oriented, and thrives on being a trusted right-hand to senior leadership. Above all, you are grounded, approachable, and understand the importance of discretion and proactive support.
