Our client is a prestigious global investment management firm, renowned for its depth of expertise in alternative asset strategies. Operating across multiple international markets, the firm is trusted for its long-standing performance, strategic insight, and client-focused approach.

With a strong commitment to integrity, collaboration, and innovation, the firm has cultivated a values-driven culture where excellence is expected and supported. Their guiding principles—fairness, respectful challenge, humility, and mutual respect—are embedded in daily operations and long-term client relationships, underpinning their success on a global scale.

A rare opportunity now exists for a confident and capable Executive Assistant to support one of the Firm’s Partners in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a critical position requiring attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive mindset. You’ll play a key role in keeping day-to-day activities running smoothly while representing the firm to key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive diary and schedule management, ensuring seamless coordination across time zones.
  • Arrange meetings, conference calls, and prepare necessary documentation ahead of time.
  • Screen incoming communications, prioritise requests, and manage call flow with professionalism.
  • Plan and oversee complex international travel itineraries, often across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Assist with event logistics and planning, including internal functions and client-facing engagements.
  • Share responsibility for reception coverage and conference room set-up in coordination with fellow EAs.
  • Manage catering logistics and ensure office and pantry supplies are well maintained.
  • Collaborate closely with the firm’s wider EA network, both locally and globally.
  • Support the broader team with ad hoc tasks and contribute to a positive and solutions-focused team culture.
About You:
You bring strong experience from a financial services or investment banking background and are comfortable operating in a high-pressure environment with professionalism and polish. You’re a natural communicator who is highly organised, solutions-oriented, and thrives on being a trusted right-hand to senior leadership. Above all, you are grounded, approachable, and understand the importance of discretion and proactive support.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 2–3 years' experience in a similar role within investment banking, asset management, or a high-end financial institution.
  • Proven ability to provide polished, high-level administrative support in a fast-paced executive environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, confident presence.
  • Excellent organisational and time management capabilities.
  • Comfort engaging with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
