Key Responsibilities:
- Administer lease agreements, rent rolls, and financial adjustments.
- Process invoices, outgoings, and lease-related charges.
- Maintain accurate lease registers and documentation.
- Liaise with landlords and internal stakeholders on lease matters.
- Support budgeting, reporting, and compliance processes.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety and industry regulations.
- Immediately available, or within 1 week
- Experience in lease administration or property accounting
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage invoices, lease documents, and accounts processing
- Knowledge of lease management systems is an advantage.
