Industrial Property/ Lease Administrator

The Role

The Property /Lease Administration Manager supports our clients national industrial team, and is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of lease-related processes. This includes managing rent rolls, maintaining up-to-date and compliant lease contracts, and tracking tenant information and charges in the lease management system.


This role plays a key part in monitoring and managing critical lease milestones such as expirations, renewals, and rent reviews—ensuring deadlines are met and processes run smoothly. Additionally, the role provides essential support for asset forecasting and assists with various lease and tenant-related tasks within the Industrial Asset Management team.
Our client can consider this role as either a full-time or part-time opportunity.

What You Will Be Doing
• Responding to all accounts payable enquiries and following up with debtors.
• Raising purchase orders for operational, management, and capital expenditures.
• Managing the end-to-end administration of assigned lease contracts, ensuring all property-related documents are accurately maintained.
• Accurately maintaining their system with lease registers.
• Handling filing, archiving, notices, SharePoint updates, and issuing correspondence.
• Processing system requests to ensure accurate tenant billings, including changes and variations to leases, invoicing, and abatements.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders on the outgoings budget process.
• Preparing and updating monthly and quarterly reports.

What You Will Bring To The Role
The ideal candidate will have prior local experience in an Assistant Property Manager or Lease Administration role. They will understand how to read a property lease, and have a tertiary qualifications in Property, Business or Commerce – this is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication skills are critical for building effective relationships with tenants, internal and external legal teams, key stakeholders, and colleagues. Excellent written communication skills are also required.
Attention to detail, data processing abilities, and strong multitasking and prioritisation skills will set you apart.
