Our client is a high profile ASX listed Property Group that manage, develop, and invest in high quality Australian assets through a variety of listed and unlisted funds. They own and manage a diversified portfolio spanning across Office, Retail, Industrial & Healthcare and are widely considered as employers of choice.

The Role 

The Property Analyst is responsible for providing valuable property performance analysis and financial insight for a fast growth portfolio of premium Office assets to Fund, Investment, Development & Asset Management teams. You’ll influence strategic decision making, asset performance and commercial outcomes.
  
Key Duties and Responsibilities include:  
  • Provide value driven and insightful analysis across capital expenditure, financial outputs, feasibility modelling and consideration of risks and opportunities.
  • Develop value add reporting and modelling to produce insightful portfolio and fund level analytics, across a portfolio of Office assets.
  • Deliver annual budgets and monthly forecasts in relation to capital expenditure, ensuring they are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Provide value-add and commercially focussed ad-hoc analysis to key stakeholders within the Funds Management, Asset Management, Developments & Transactions and Finance
  • Undertake additional responsibilities or tasks as required within the Office Portfolio (portfolio leasing reporting and ad-hoc analysis)
The Successful Candidate
To be successful in the role, you’ll have the following skills/experience:
  • CA/CPA/CFA
  • Knowledge of Asset/Property level drivers to apply insights.
  • Strong analysis, modelling and numerical skills
  • Ability to process, review, validate and analyse data.
  • Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced systems and Excel skills with Yardi being advantageous.
