- Varied role across Hard & Soft Facilities Services including projects, sustainability, client engagement and reporting.
Our client is looking for a Facilities professional with strong overall experience and skills.
You will need to have demonstrated A Grade or Premium Office Tower experience in an FM role which required you to manage Hard & Soft FM services for the building.
You will have strong stakeholder engagement capabilities and strong IT capabilities including exposure to reporting and utilising workorder systems, whilst a relevant Building Services Trade Qualification will be highly regarded.
