The Role
As an Facilities Asset Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting schools and educational facilities by providing expert guidance on facilities planning, investment, and asset management. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure projects, maintenance programs, and operational improvements.
- Provide expert advice and consultancy services on facilities planning and asset management.
- Support schools and regional centres with client-focused infrastructure solutions.

- Manage capital works, maintenance, and facility services within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Prepare reports, ministerial responses, and briefing materials.
