Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive support to the Managing Director, including diary, travel, meeting, and email management.
- Coordinate key projects, events, and client engagements, ensuring timely execution and clear communication.
- Oversee preparation of high-quality documentation such as presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Manage sensitive information with discretion while supporting key business functions and priorities.
- Maintain accurate records and data within internal systems and CRMs.
- Handle invoicing, expenses, and budget tracking, working closely with the finance team.
- Serve as a professional and reliable point of contact for external stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate on internal initiatives to improve systems, processes, and operational efficiency.
