The Role
This Development Manager role will be key part of a team delivering a major masterplanned community, including the next stage of luxury Residential Apartments and townhouses.

You will have exposure to the full life cycle of this highly successful project; including design, construction delivery through to sales & marketing. You will manage external consultants and contractors to ensure project time lines are met. 

You
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Development Manager working across residential built form projects, exposure to vertical projects or townhouses essential. End to end experience will be highly regarded, particularly across design, procurement and delivery.
