The role
- Implement the design strategy and managing the external consultants
- Review outcomes and recommending improvements, providing value added solutions when required
- Manage the tender and construction process, with external builders / contractors
- Assist, manage and provide guidance to the internal Sales and Marketing teams to successfully sell projects, both off the plan and during construction
- Ensure a smooth completion of project between authorities, builder and clients
- Assist the Operational Management team with handover, client inspections, defects and maintenance issues at completion; and
- Have responsibility and complete knowledge of adopted feasibilities and ongoing reporting of these feasibilities and cashflows
- Conduct monthly PCG’s.
- Preparation of an individual project development reports
- Contributing to the Group’s growth Strategy by assisting the team in identifying new opportunities and providing crucial input for feasibility purposes.
The candidate
- Approximately 5-10 years of experience in property development from conception to completion
- Solid greenfield residential land subdivision experience, we require someone with solid civil experience.
- Proficient using including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Estate Master and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of legislation pertaining to Land Lease Community/MHE Development would be advantageous
- Confident presentation and concise reporting skills required
