The role
Working directly with the head of acquisitions, with the support of the finance team you will work closely this well regarded experienced manager to further the growth of the pipeline, acquiring 15+ sites annually. With 20 years + property acquisitions experience, we are looking for someone to support this manager, working hand in glove assessing the viability of a number of opportunities.
We are looking for someone specifically to review the development opportunities, someone with strong financial acumen and solid estate master knowledge to support the manager in assessing the viability of prospective sites. You will work as a close nit team and will have the opportunity to develop your skills long term.
The candidate:
- Property related degree (property economics/valuations highly regarded but not essential)
- Strong analytical skills
- Happy to consider a Dm with good front end skills wanting to transition
- Estate Master experience ideally
- Commercial/retail development experience, (resi least relevant unless you have been in an acquisitions role specifically)
- Solid verbal and written communication skills essential
- Excellent attention to detail
This role requires someone with a positive attitude who THRIVES in a busy role, reviewing multiple prospective opportunities and supporting them through the DD process. It will suit someone with excellent numerical skills. Worth noting there is a pathway way into development should you want to segway back/into at a point.
