We are seeking an experienced Business & Change Analyst to join a transformative program focused on upgrading and enhancing core systems.
This role involves working collaboratively with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, processes, and people impacts while supporting change initiatives, including training material development.
The position follows a hybrid working model, requiring a minimum of three days in the office per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse current business processes, workflows, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Work with teams to develop and document business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute tasks aligned with project objectives.
- Support business analysis and change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal operational disruptions.
- Conduct thorough data analysis and process mapping to identify process changes or develop new ones.
- Lead the creation of As-Is and To-Be process maps.
- Identify business and people impacts, presenting findings in a structured and logical manner.
- Develop process documentation, including standard operating procedures, workflow diagrams, and work instructions.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Work closely with SMEs and stakeholders to validate business requirements, process maps, and change impacts through workshops and walkthroughs.
- Assist in developing training materials and support change adoption across the organisation.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business & Change Analyst in large-scale projects.
- MUST have experience in the Utilities/Energy Sector
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Experience facilitating and running stakeholder workshops.
- High emotional intelligence to engage with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to map business functions and workflows.
- Experience working on complex technology project implementations.
- Solid understanding of change management methodologies and their application.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Industry experience in the Energy sector(preferred).
- Mandatory: Microsoft Office Suite (including Visio).
- Preferred: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project.
