Our client is a leading name in Australian property investment and development across multiple asset classes sitting within active funds.
Due to an established and growing development pipeline of new build industrial assets, a role has been created for a motivated Assistant Development Manager.

In this role, you’ll work alongside industry experts, gaining hands-on experience across all stages of the development cycle —from site acquisition and planning to construction and delivery.

Position:
✔ Assist in managing industrial property developments
✔ Support feasibility studies, budgeting & stakeholder engagement
✔ Coordinate with consultants, contractors & regulatory bodies
✔ Contribute to project reporting and risk assessments

Ideally you'll have:
✔ 1-3 years of experience in property development, construction, or real estate
 ✔ A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or Property Economics
✔ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent communication & stakeholder management abilities
✔ A passion for industrial property & keen attention to detail
