The Role
Reporting to a National Head of Projects and working within a high performing project delivery team, you will be tasked with delivering first class project management services to internal funds management and development teams.
You will be responsible for the scoping, coordination, planning, delivery and administration of a range of projects, predominantly in the commercial office sector. The range of projects include fit-outs, refurbishments, upgrades and facade projects across QLD and NSW. Due to the geographical spread of their assets, occasional interstate travel will be required for this role (approx once per month).
The Candidate
The successful candidate for this role will have:
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience within Project Management.
- Ideally Client side, Consultancy or Developer experience.
- Exposure to capital works / project management activities within a live environment.
- Project experience in Commercial Office, Retail and Industrial will be highly regarded.
