
The EY Centre at 200 George Street in Sydney has received the prestigious International Project of the Year award at the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) Performance Awards.
The 33-floor office tower developed by Mirvac has sustainability at its heart and has set benchmarks for the industry with multiple Green Star ratings as well as a 5.5 Star NABERS Energy rating.
The award recognises the contributions and commitments made to achieve excellence in functionality and sustainability. Describing the scheme as “an exemplary project” the judges praised the “truly holistic approach to building performance and wellbeing”.

The EY Centre which is co-owned by Mirvac and AMP Capital, has now been recognised with an impressive 19 awards to date.
