Capstone is excited to announce our newest team member, Alex Smout.

Alex has joined Capstone as a Senior Consultant and brings over 5 years of recruitment experience with her. She will be focusing on Real Estate Project Management across Development and major Property groups.

Alex arrived to Australia from Newcastle, England, in 2017 and joined the recruitment team of one of Australia’s largest financial institutions, working across different portfolios including Marketing, Real Estate, Project Management and Development. Alex has a passion for helping people and staying connected with them throughout their career.
