The Company
Our client is an established real estate management business well known across Australia and has worldwide reach. The business has grown significantly across all asset classes and now specialises in managing office, industrial and retail assets.
The Role
A great opportunity for an experienced analyst to join a good business, lead a team of analysts and report directly to the head of analytics.
As the Senior analyst/associate you will be responsible for assisting across all facets of analysis and asset management reporting in the office sector and assisting with day to day analysis of portfolio and investment strategies. Other key responsibilities include:
- Prepare detailed cash-flow models using Excel and Argus.
- Assist in preparing and tracking budgets
- Process all internal and external valuations, including re-forecasting and coordinating the deliverable’s for the office sector
- Prepare business plans and assets updates
- Monthly, quarterly and adhoc reporting
The Candidate
- Tertiary qualifications (Property economics, Commerce/ Business, Finance)
- 5+ years’ experience within the office sector in commercial valuations, property/development analyst capacity
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Well developed financial modelling skills
- Great internal and external stakeholder management skills
