This is a great opportunity to work for a highly regarded private developer to set up the full sales and marketing suite on a large mixed-use project, with a solid pipeline of future schemes.
The Role
You will be setting the sales & marketing process and strategy in a hands-on role, leading on a large mixed-use project that has a lot of appealing aspects for the market.
This will go through all facets of the sales function, as well as setting the marketing strategy and overall feel for the brand. You will be dealing with all agency and channel processes also.
The Candidate
The right individual will have a proven background in Sales & Marketing for off the plan and apartment sales, ideally with experience in both the agency and developer world. It is expected that you will bring with you a solid market and channel contacts, to help push the project to ensure success.
It is essential that this person will have a huge amount of experience directly in the Sydney sales market. Understanding the local market whilst also having driven more regional and offshore channel sales agents.
