We are representing a property investment and development group with a diversified portfolio. Working with their shopping centre division we are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager for their Award Winning Centre in East Melbourne.
The Role:
Part of the National Retail Operations team and reporting on site to the Centre Manager, this role will take responsibility for the overall operations, maintenance and smooth running of the centre. This role will oversee all aspects of hard and soft services, contractor induction and management, OH&S, preventative and reactive maintenance as well as providing support for OPEX and CAPEX budget management. You will deliver small projects, assist tenancy coordination and provide overall operational support to the team.
The Suitable Candidate:
This role is suited to a Facilities Manager or Operations Manager with FM experience in a Shopping Centre. The ability to communicate with others and work in a team environment is critical as is computer and financial reporting literacy. Qualifications in facilities management, engineering or building services trade are expected, as Hard FM and Energy & Water efficiency are a high priority.
