The Role
You will be responsible for procurement across this National office portfolio. An initiaL focus on Mechanical, BMS and Analytics services will provide an excellent entry to the role. You will undertake a program of tender scoping, documenting and managing through to award of the contracts for FM Hard & Soft Services. You will drive contract adherence from vendors in the FM space. Your duties will be focused around:
- Scope & Documenting contracts, terms & KPI’s with selected vendors
- Pricing Models & Schedules using Excel
- Data analytics for vendor reviews and improvements
You will be providing technical expertise within the business to establish and close accurate and innovative tenders, manage responses and facilitate decisions. This is an end to end procurement role which will encourage innovation.
Suitable experience and capabilities
You will have strong and concise communication skills with ability and experience in liaising with cross-functional teams and vendors. You will have strong administrative Excel and MS Word capabilities and considerable experience in Facilities Management Service Contracts. You will have exposure to End to End procurement to provide appropriate insight into the process.
Salary is circa $140K package, Sydney CBD offices and further exposure to professional service provision for FM and Property.
