The Company

This global real estate investment fund has been in operation for over 40 years, with a diversified portfolio across 20+ countries. With a major Australian presence, with a particular focus on the commercial/office space, they are seeking an experienced and ambitious Asset Manager for their Sydney team. 

The Role

This role sits within the Australian Asset Management team and reports into the Head of Asset Management. You will gain full exposure to the complete range of duties required to undertake a true Asset Management role.

Main duties will include but are not limited to:

• Coordinating capital work upgrades.
• Involvement in driving leasing initiatives.
• Management of value-add opportunities.
• Re-positioning assets.
• Setting the Asset Strategy of the portfolio.
• Management of an external property management team.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this role you must hold considerable top tier property management or asset management experience on office / commercial assets. Either as an experienced client-side Asset Manager or a Senior Property Manager (service provider side). 

This opportunity would suit a candidate that is looking to take their property career to the next level in 2020. You will have exemplary communication skills with a strong work ethic and the desire to work in a high performing team in a global business. 

Salary package $130k – $170k (commensurate with experience).
